Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

This policy describes how the Bloomcomb mobile game ("the Game"), published by BeeVista ("we"), handles your data.

1. No account, no personal data required

The Game does not require an account and does not ask for your name, e-mail address or any other personal information. Your level progress and settings are stored only on your device.

2. Optional analytics

On first launch the Game asks whether you agree to anonymous usage analytics (Unity Analytics, provided by Unity Technologies). If you agree, the Game sends anonymous events such as level started, level completed, moves used and app version, together with a randomly generated device identifier, device model and operating system version. This data helps us balance levels and fix problems. It is never sold and is not used to identify you.

You can withdraw consent at any time in the Game's settings. If you decline, no analytics data is sent. Unity's privacy policy is available at unity.com/legal/privacy-policy.

3. Advertising

The current version of the Game does not show ads. If advertising is added in a future version, this policy and the in-game consent dialog will be updated before it is enabled.

4. Children

The Game is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your region).

5. This website

playbloomcomb.com is a static website. It uses self-hosted, cookie-free Umami analytics that counts page views without storing personal data or identifying visitors. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, requested page, time) for security purposes.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data concerning you. Because analytics data is anonymous, the simplest way to stop collection is to withdraw consent in the Game's settings or uninstall the Game.

7. Contact

Questions about this policy: contact@playbloomcomb.com.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the Game evolves. The date at the top shows the current version.
